Twin Gables Wellness Terrace Rooftop Deck

Our Twin Gables Wellness Terrace is a thoughtful, communal space for guests only. Accessible by both our exterior staircase and the third floor entrance, our newly renovated rooftop deck is approximately 400 square feet of outdoor space adjacent to the tree canopy, overlooking the Catskill mountains. Lined with Tivoli string lights for evening ambience and intentionally minimalist, it offers bistro tables and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and also plenty of space to spread out your yoga mat and relish in the great outdoors. We offer complimentary adult Yoga Class on Sunday mornings at 9am for our guests weather permitting, and love working with studios/teachers to host retreats on site as well.

Yoga with Jen

Born and raised in the Catskill Mountains, Jen is proud to call this area her home.

It is her love of nature, community, and these mountains that has rooted her here. And it is through yoga and hospitality, that she is able to share this with those who are visiting the Catskills.

In 2019 Jen completed her 200hr. Yoga Teacher Training  through Shakti Yoga Woodstock, under the guidance of Linda ‘Lalita’ Winnick and Selena Reynolds.

“Yoga changed my life for the better.  Through practice, discipline, and awareness; I was able to notice the subtle shifts taking place.  Yoga makes me feel more connected to my self, and in turn more connected to those around me.”

Class is suitable for all to attend, whether you are a seasoned yogi, or if this is your first time on the mat.

Enjoy the experience as a part of your Catskills adventure.  Connect to your breath, body, and the natural beauty surrounding you here as you start your day with intention, gratitude, and mindful movement.

Welcome and namaste.

Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge Twin Gables was built upon Lenape ancestral land.
As settlers on their indigenous homeland,  we have a duty to recognize the Lenape nation as the original stewards of Woodstock and beyond. It is our hope that this land acknowledgment will help empower First Nation voices and inspire others in the community to pursue a stronger, more inclusive, and equitable future for our country. We seek to educate ourselves while contributing to the Lenape peoples by raising awareness and learning how to be a better ally against continued colonization.
